Description:

I have for sale my 89 Trans Am GTA. I’m really not wanting to part with the vehicle, but I have other project’s I want to tend to at this time.

I bought this Trans Am from a friend a good while back, and set out to restore this vehicle back to it’s former glory. This Trans Am has been gone through completely mechanically, about 6,000 dollars worth of work to bring everything back into check. Every single fluid has been changed, new brakes, tie rods, tires, etc. Everything on the vehicle works, I recently replaced the head unit with an aftermarket unit that has active Sirius XM, and also all new Infinity speakers throughout. I also did the difficult task of fixing the motorized antenna so that it now works properly. This vehicle drives fantastic and goes wherever you point while tracking straight and true.

The Bad :

She is not flawless paint wise, however, I had my friend Anthony Marino go through and do a beautiful restoration detail job that has brought her back to life.

The car has aftermarket parts, including an unknown small cam, intake, headmen headers and a custom true dual exhaust. HOWEVER with the exhaust the previous owner forfeited on putting any mufflers on, so its essentially straight piped, so VERY loud… I was planning on putting on mufflers but figured I would leave it up to the purchaser to decide on what they wanted.

Currently the vehicle has about 148,000 miles on the clock.

Conclusion :

This vehicle is mechanically sound, and fires up every time. She is a perfect drivers vehicle, while also being a wonderful survivor. Message or comment if you have any other questions, or have interest.

My Location: Birmingham, AL (35235)

Thank you.
